Palace Resorts Introduces the “Meetings Game” and takes Meetings to the Next Level
Website Provides Palace Resorts Meeting Information in a Fun and Innovative Way

Miami, Florida, June 21, 2006 – Once again, Palace Resorts, the company that set the standard in five-star, all-inclusive resort accommodations, is changing the rules of the meeting industry. With the opening of three brand new resorts in the last year, renovations to existing properties and a new streamlined approach to the meeting process, Palace has not only defined the all-inclusive meeting but has also made it more productive than ever.

Now with most of the hard work behind them, Palace is ready to have some fun and is inviting meeting planners to join in. Palace Resorts is pleased to introduce the “Meetings Game” website, www.palacemeetingsgame.com, where meeting planners can learn about Palace Resorts and its state of the art meeting facilities, spas and golf courses while playing a series of fun and entertaining online games. In addition, meeting planners that register on the site have the opportunity to win a host of fabulous prizes.

The first featured game, which launched today, is the “Golf-Cart Rally.” Here, meeting planners must move their attendees to their designated locations on time. To do so they have to maneuver a golf-cart around the resort using the keyboard. If they pick up a passenger and drop him/her off at their specified location within a given number of seconds, before time expires, they win the level.

“The ‘Meetings Game’ is our way of loosening the tie a bit,” said Ginny Davito, Vice President, Group & Incentive Sales for Palace Resorts. “Over the last year, Palace Resorts has been working hard to educate planners on the outstanding personalized service, state-of-the-art meeting facilities, breathtaking accommodations and unlimited activities that they can pass along to their guests for a great value when they book with us. To us, the games were a natural progression. Not only are they fun to play, but they also continue the education process.”
The remaining four games, which will be introduced in the months to come, will feature a different theme and are loosely based on the topography, amenities and features at various Palace properties. Throughout each game, the player will be introduced to the three new meeting resorts, educated on the available meeting offerings at individual properties and exposed to the Palace Resorts’ brand.

Every qualified meeting and incentive planner that registers on the site and successfully plays all five games will receive a free two-night stay for two at any Palace Resort property and be entered in a drawing for the grand prize of an all expense paid, seven-night Palace vacation for two. In addition, five winners will be selected after each game for special Palace Resort prizes, like a free round of golf or a complimentary spa treatment. All prizes, as well as the grand prize, will be announced in October.

Palace Resorts, the company that set the standard in five-star, all-inclusive resort accommodations, offers nine all-inclusive properties throughout Cancún, the Riviera Maya, Nuevo Vallarta and Cozumel.
