Palace Resorts Introduces New Logo for Entire Family of All-Inclusive Resorts

Logo Marks First Step in New Branding Initiative

Miami, Florida, April 20, 2005 - Palace Resorts, the company that set the standard in five-star all-inclusive resort accommodations, has officially unveiled its newly redesigned corporate logo.

The new logo conveys the company's continuing emphasis on luxury and its goal to treat all of their guests like royalty. The change from the logo's signature blue color to the more regal gold color reinforces this message.

The original design, features a heavy, stationary block style format that showcases the Palace Resorts' signature crown secured between the two words "Palace" and "Resorts." The redesigned logo features a more elegant font and a cleaner version of the crown motif that is situated above the Palace name. The crown sits above the Palace name, just as it would a king's head, presenting an image of the highest stature.

The new corporate logo will be applied to all of the individual properties, identifying them as part of the Palace brand. It will also be featured on the Palace Resorts' website, apparel, advertisements, promotional materials and all Palace Resorts' literature.

The logo marks the first step in Palace Resorts' new branding initiative that has been designed to more effectively communicate the company's product messages and focus on the consumer. This initiative will launch in the upcoming months and will highlight Palace Resorts' commitment to luxury and service through the six resorts already in existence, and the three new resorts and a luxury brand resort expected to come online before the end of the year.

Commenting on the announcement, Director of Marketing Maira Briceno said, "Our goal was to identify the most effective way to enhance the Palace Resorts' image while building upon the company's high standard for excellence. We believe our new logo highlights this goal and positions us for continued growth through the launch of the new branding campaign."

Palace Resorts , the company that set the standard in five-star all-inclusive resort accommodations, offers six all-inclusive properties in Cancun and the Riviera Maya. Four new Palace resorts will open later this year including Cozumel Palace, Vallarta Palace, Playacar Palace and Le Blanc Spa Resort, a new luxury brand for Palace Resorts.
