Proceeds Will Benefit the Ciudad de Alegría Foundation in Cancun

MIAMI - December 10, 2003 - Palace Resorts hosts a benefit concert with internationally renowned tenor Placido Domingo at Moon Palace Golf & Spa Resort - in the archeological zone of Cancun - on Sunday, December 21, 2003 at 6:00 p.m. A diverse group of local artists will also perform, including t he Colegio Aleman's chorus and the Talulah Ballet Company. All proceeds will benefit the Ciudad de la Alegría Foundation and will be used to build a facility for the terminally ill at the Cuidad de la Alegría in Cancun.

Placido Domingo, the recipient of eleven Grammy's including two Latin Grammy's, is expected to draw opera fans from around the world. The concert, which takes place on the Winter Solstice, will be the first time the tenor performs in a Mexican archeological area.
