Miami, FL, August 23, 2005 - Palace Resorts is pleased to announce the addition of Wet'n Wild/Parque Nizuc Waterpark to the list of free excursions available through the Palace Passport Program to guests at Moon Palace Golf & Spa Resort, Aventura Spa Palace, Xpu-Ha Palace, Cancun Palace, Sun Palace, Beach Palace and Playacar Palace, which will open in the winter of 2005. The waterpark, which was recently acquired by Palace Resorts, is located in Cancún's hotel zone and is the only waterpark in the Cancún and Riviera Maya region. This action-packed adventure zone offers guests nine fun-filled attractions within the park's expansive 18 acres.

Wet'n Wild/Parque Nizuc offers a host of water thrill rides that are sure to energize every member of the family. Guests can try their nerve with the Kamikaze and experience the rush of excitement while riding an extreme water toboggan at daredevil speeds down slides that tower in the air. Or, they can experience the thrill of being carried on a wave of churning water down a dizzying maze of tube slides on the Twister. If guests are still looking for a heart pounding adventure, they can try the Double Space Bowl that plunges at 30 miles per hour from an elevated chute into a giant bowl that spins them in circles before making a splash landing into a refreshing pool below.

Wet'n Wild/Parque Nizuc also offers attractions that are perfect for the tame of heart. Guests are invited to take a relaxing journey on the gentle moving Lazy River that meanders its way throughout the entire park, offering a leisurely escape from the hustle and bustle. The Lazy River features four strategically located entrances, making access to the other rides and attractions just a float away. For the little ones, the waterpark features a Kids' Park. This interactive play area is designed exclusively for children and offers a huge variety of interactive water playground equipment that will keep kids safely entertained for hours, all under the watchful supervision of trained lifeguard staff.

When it's time for lunch, guests are welcome to visit Wet'n Wild/Parque Nizuc's full-service dining hall, Caribbean Breeze. This spacious eatery offers a wide selection of mouth-watering options that are sure to please. Here, they can indulge in everything from hamburgers to ice cream, using a $9 voucher that is included with admission to the park through the Palace Passport Program.

For convenience, Wet'n Wild/Parque Nizuc offers locker rentals that allow easy access to valuables throughout the day, as well as towels and inner-tube rentals for one low rate.

For guests interested in an activity that is a little closer to nature, Wet'n Wild/Parque Nizuc offers visitors Atlantida. This interactive animal research center gives guests the opportunity to get up-close and personal with majestic dolphins and playful sea lions while learning about these incredible creatures. Admission to Atlantida is available at an extra charge and is not included in the Palace Passport Program.
